Description

Location in the city centre- while exploring the Christmas Market. Walk into a yoga class on a Friday - to RedMoon Yoga studio to practice asanas, breathwork and feel more alive and relaxed during your Budapest visit. Yoga class starts from 19.30 pm CET until 20.45 pm CET Classes are English, Spanish and Portuguese. The yoga classes are for all levels, no need to be a yogi- just have a curious mind. Mats and all the props are provided in a spacious, well-equipped yoga studio, one corner away from the Shopping street.

Includes

75 min- Led Yoga class - in hatha, vinyasa & yin type of yoga. 15 min - sound bath and relaxation with singing bowls Chakra meditation to get into balance before the New Years.

Important Information

The class is for 90 min in total, next to the Christmas Market and Shopping -Fashion street of Budapest, Vörösmarty square. You can stay for a chakra- energy body consultations after the class. Bring comfy clothes, a towel, and a curious mind :)
