Description

Join our local guide in Budapest for a tour of the Central Market Hall and cooking class for an authentic cultural immersion. Meet our guide at the iconic Central Market Hall and take a short walk around the market, chatting about Hungarian history, cuisine, and culture while tasting some of the flavors of Hungary. After the Market, head over our authentic Budapest apartment, where a selection of mouth-watering snacks, like sausages, salamis, dips, and cheeses, are waiting for you. Then, it's time to roll up your sleeves and get cooking. Choose one dish collectively to prepare from a variety of traditional Hungarian dishes: Chicken Paprikash, Beef Goulash Stew, Hungarian Stuffed Sour Cabbage Rolls, or Vegetarian Lecso! As we cook, we'll learn about the history and culture of Hungary and the significance of the dishes we are preparing. We'll also enjoy a glass of wine or palinka too. After the cooking is finished, we'll sit down to enjoy the meal we've prepared together.
